Are your services truly virtual? How does that work?

Yes—our services are fully virtual. We use secure, cloud-based accounting software along with a dedicated client portal, giving you 24/7 access to all your financial documents, reports, and communications in one place. You can upload files, review reports, and approve tasks from anywhere—whether you're at home, in the office, or on the go. This approach not only saves time, but also ensures your records are always organized, accessible, and securely stored.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Once you decide to work with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated onboarding specialist who will guide you through each step of the process. We’ll provide a clear checklist of what we need, and we’re here to answer any questions along the way. If all required information is provided promptly, we can typically complete onboarding within 2–3 business days—getting you set up quickly, accurately, and with minimal disruption to your operations.

I’m behind on my books—can you catch me up?

Yes, we can help bring your books up to date. The first step is a discovery call to assess the scope of the catch-up work required. This is typically handled as a separate engagement from ongoing monthly bookkeeping. Please note that we only take on clean-up projects for clients who intend to continue with us for regular bookkeeping going forward—we do not offer one-time clean-up services.

Is there a contract? How flexible is the commitment?

There’s no long-term contract—you’re free to cancel at any time. That said, for all new clients, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to properly onboard your business, clean up your books if needed, and establish a smooth monthly process.

After the initial 3 months, you can continue month-to-month with no obligation. That said, we’re confident you’ll find having your bookkeeping handled professionally to be such a relief that you’ll want to stick with us for the long haul.

Do You Support Solopreneurs and One-Person Businesses?

Yes, we do. During our Discovery Call, we’ll learn more about your business structure, needs, and goals. From there, we’ll recommend the plan that best fits your profile—including our solopreneur option if it’s the right match—or guide you through one of our three core service tiers.
